Gain access to Investia's client portal, see your statements, current portfolio balance and more! 

Here is your step by step guide to setting up your online Investia portal access:

How to Create an Account:

  1. Go to Investia’s Client Portal: client.investia.ca
  2. Scroll down to  “Create an Account”
  3. Fill in all the required information:
    • Name, Birthday and Postal Code
  4. On the next page it will ask for an Activation key, or Client Number
    • Your Client Number can be found on your paper copy statements, or reach out to your advisor if needed.
  5. You will need to add an email address and create 3 security questions
  6. Create a Username and Password, and accept the Terms and Conditions
 

How to Change Mail Preferences

You can log in here to change your settings so that you get emails instead of snail mail
  1. Go to Investia’s Client Portal: client.investia.ca
  2. Click on ‘Client Information’ and scroll to the bottom
  3. Under “Electronic Delivery of Documents” click on “Modify”
  4. You can then sign up for all e-delivery if you wish
  5. Should you wish to receive your documents via mail, please uncheck the appropriate e-delivery box.

    This is applicable only to documents issued by Investia Financial Services Inc.
